SaifDigital's 4-Month "Clients Attraction Machine" Program Agreement

This agreement will outline the expectations from this program and what you can expect from the team at SaifDigital.

What is “the 4-Month "Clients Attraction Machine" Program Agreement”?

This is a service where SaifDigital will test, run, optimize, manage and scale your paid social media marketing ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. This 4-month program is the first step to generating your business a consistent flow of high-quality leads which you can convert into paying clients.

This Program Includes:

Campaign Set Up
Creation, Design & Optimisation of Ads
Campaign Testing
Audience Management & Research
Facebook (and it’s network’s) re-targeting
Campaign Optimisation
Monthly Performance Reporting

What’s The Timeline For This Program?

After you’ve signed the contract and provided the necessary assets, we will have our Kick-off call.
After this call – Your first ads will be live within 10 days.

How Does Payment Work For This Program?

We work in 4-month cycles.

SaifDigital’s base monthly retainer is set at $2,000.
SaifDigital’s service fee for the 4-Month "Clients Attraction Machine" Program implementation is $8,000.
By signing today, and paying upfront, you get a 1,600 Discount,
where you only pay $6,400 for 4 months’ worth of work, instead of $8,000.
You can pay for the $6,400 in 2 ways:
OPTION 1: Payment Plan (easier on cashflow) you pay 4 monthly payments of $1,600/month over 4 months.
OPTION 2: 1 Payment in full Upfront Discounted you pay upfront in full with an extra $400 discount
where you only pay $6,000 for 4 months worth of work instead of $8,000

This program is a 4-month partnership and not a monthly service.
Whether you choose to pay in full or a 4-pay – You are still required to pay in full, regardless of whether or not you choose to finish your time with us.

The Guarantee:
SaifDigital guarantees 60 new unique scheduled appointments (Name, Phone, Email, Date & Time) on your calendar (The client) within the first 120 days or we will refund you 100% of your investment with SaifDigital.

Client Expectations/Contract Guidelines:
In order to qualify for this guarantee the client must meet the following guidelines:

Must have a 100% Completion & Implementation rate on ALL training videos delivered by SaifDigital.
Must have implemented our ‘’Follow up System’’ for each lead generated. This system includes time based manual actions:
16 attempted calls + 8 Texts (SMS) + 8 Emails + 8 Direct Messages (DM's) in the first 30 days.
Must have completed 100% of our “Database Reactivation strategy”.
This includes over 5000 Texts & Emails to individual contacts that are connected to the client.
Must be running SaifDigital recommended ads
Must be running SaifDigital recommended offers
Must use our iteration & tracking system for running:
Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads/Tiktok Ads/Google Ads/Youtube Ads?Linkedin Ads.
Must have spent a minimum of $1500 on Facebook ads using SaifDigital Ads system
Must have a front desk staff/Assistant ready & dedicated to following up with leads.
Must attend all the coaching calls.
Must go through 100% of the onboarding process within the first 10 days.
Must have filled out the “Onboarding Form” within the first 10 days of signing up.
Must have filled out the “Market Research Form” within the first 10 days of signing up.
Must have delivered all requested pictures, videos & creative assets within the first 10 days of signing up.
Must reach out to SaifDigital IMMEDIATELY if you (the client) hasn’t scheduled at least 15 new appointments within the first 30 days.
Must be willing to call each lead within 15 minutes of the lead being generated. (this is crucial for the success of your project)
Must be willing to GO ALL IN to make this work.
Must be self reliant and willing to hold not only SaifDigital but also yourself accountable if this doesn’t work.

We have your best interest at heart, that’s why we promise you if you follow our program to a T and meet the guidelines above, we guarantee you results. Just like a fitness trainer pushes his clients to become better, we are doing the same thing with you. This is for your own good.

What happens after you complete the 4-month program:

Once the program is complete, your services will continue as a month-to-month service and can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice. Your service subscription continues on the last day of your program.

The work that SaifDigital does on behalf of our clients is a non-tangible piece of intellectual property. Once the work has started, we can never get that back and you can never return it to us. It’s yours forever. It’s for this reason that we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

By signing this document below, you hereby ratify your understanding of these terms, that all program sales are non-refundable, and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
